Bukns is an alternative indie-dance project led by brazilian multi-instrumentalist Milo França. Blending organic instrumentation with electronic textures, Milo offers a fresh take on indie-dance — somewhere between the warmth of folk and the pulse of alternative pop. His influences include Milky Chance, Paramore, Hozier, Twenty One Pilots and Tame Impala, filtered through a background rooted in emo and alternative music. Originally launched under the name Medley Dance, the project evolved into Bukns — a rebranding that marked the beginning of a more distinctive and cohesive artistic direction.
Since 2023, Bukns has performed live at cultural events in his hometown, such as Drops Vaca Amarela, the reopening of the Martim Cererê Cultural Center, Cidade Rock and has also been part of the Vaca Amarela Festival Line-up in two editions. In 2024, Bukns partnered with Marã Musica and completed a mini-tour across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Geraos — paving the way for expansion.
After some independent singles, Bukns released an EP with four songs, two music videos and is currently wrapping up a debut album produced by Braz Torres.
